Notifications when a vehicle remains unlocked
09/21/2023, 3.139
Keyless vehicles, while incredibly convenient, can sometimes lead to the unintentional oversight of leaving the vehicle unlocked. This becomes particularly important for public carsharing services, where multiple users are involved.
With this latest update, our system will now monitor the lock status of each vehicle equipped with our keyless technology. If a vehicle remains unlocked for an extended period, our system will automatically trigger a notification. This notification can be configured to alert both vehicle operators and customers, ensuring that swift action can be taken.
Task Rules can now target labels
09/07/2023, 3.138
Previously, tasks could be applied to certain groups. For example, you could choose a vehicle, all vehicles or a selection of vehicles. However, this selection had to be created again for each task.
What's new?
Recurring tasks can now be combined with our label system. For example, you can assign a corresponding label to all executive board vehicles. The label can now be used again and again when creating tasks and the vehicles no longer have to be selected manually.
What problem does the feature solve?
Large fleets have vehicles with different characteristics that can be categorized into one or more groups. If you invest a little bit of time in classifying the categories with the label feature, you can automate the processes with the respective tasks.
The feature goes live this week for all fleetster customers and next week for all white labels. Platform ENTERPRISE and fleet management ENTERPRISE are the necessary licenses.

Users can chose preferred UVV language
07/27/2023, 3.135
Previously, the UVV module within the company only offered support in either English or German for all users. However, this posed a challenge for companies that have a diverse workforce with employees speaking different languages. To address this limitation and enhance user experience, the UVV module has now been updated to support both languages. This means that users can access the module in their preferred language, ensuring greater inclusivity and ease of use.
Booking Map & Trip Details combined view
07/27/2023, 3.135
Carsharing users, especially those with hardware-enabled vehicles, faced a common issue of overlooking the second tab within the ongoing booking interface. This tab held valuable and relevant information related to the booking.
To address this concern and enhance user experience (UX), it was decided to combine the content of both tabs into a single view. By doing so, the chances of users accessing information about their bookings significantly increased, ultimately improving the overall user experience.

07/13/2023, 3.134

By incorporating support for different languages, the rental map can cater to a diverse user base, accommodating individuals from various countries and linguistic backgrounds. This internationalization feature allows users to navigate and interact with the map seamlessly, regardless of their preferred language.
