TCO Report
Detailed overview of all costs incurred by a vehicle fleet, such as fuel, maintenance, repairs, insurance and administration, which is used to analyze and optimize fleet operating costs.
Reports & exports for the fleet
In our reporting approach, we take a two-pronged approach:
Firstly, we offer comprehensive reports on the fleet's internal data, such as the cost of all damage, an overview of all tasks and the quantity and cost of parking tickets. Countless data are generated in the fleet, which we make useful for our customers.
Secondly, we offer live reports based on telematics data. This dimension is more difficult to tap into, but also more exciting in terms of content. With our live reports, you can see, for example, which departmental vehicles that were not previously booked via software are actually being used. This makes the savings potential clear. You also gain an overview of refueling processes and CO2 emissions.
Utilization report with telematics data
The first question we are always asked is: “Can driver's trips be tracked or can routes be generated with the help of single data points?” The answer is simple: No! No location data is captured or saved. The data plug will be connected to the car and only transmits the time and mileage status from the beginning until the end of the trip.
These data points can be exported or directly viewed through the fleetster software. In excel it is possible to create a detailed report including which cars can be removed from the fleet.
The analysis is especially useful for pool cars that are not managed with fleetster today. The usage analysis for all pool cars that are booked through fleetster was released a few years ago.
Gasoline Report
To identify saving potentials the new gasoline report helps to identify and export gasoline data. It is now possible to provide an overview of the usage of each car over a longer period or for each trip. In the process, the usage data will be compared with the manufacturer's WLTP specifications.
CO2-Report
The third report that can be generated is the CO2 report. This report is based on actual usage and provides an overview. Just like the gasoline report it can also be analyzed over a specific period or for each trip individually.
Monthly vehicle costs
The monthly vehicle cost report provides an overview of all costs associated with a vehicle. This is particularly important for fleet managers to keep track of the costs incurred.
Driver costs report
The new Driver Cost Report provides a detailed overview of costs based on drivers, which are often used in HR for tax compliance and cost-benefit analysis.
Leasing-mileage report
The Leasing Mileage report provides an overview of the leased vehicles in the fleet and their mileage.
The report includes the total mileage of the vehicle since the beginning of the contract, the total allowable mileage for the entire contract period, and the total allowable mileage for the period between the beginning of the contract and the current day.
The Leasing mileage report helps fleet managers to keep track of the current status of all leased vehicles.
Coming Soon
The Charging Infrastructure Report shows how much range the vehicles need after leaving the company and up to the next known charging point (e.g. the charging station at home). In this case, the users would then have to agree to the use of geofences, which makes this report much more complex.
