Record fuel consumption and refueling operations
fleetster can record fuel consumption for each vehicle. Thus, tracking of costs related to consumption is enabled. This includes the total amount paid for fuel/charging expenses and the breakdown of costs by vehicle or driver.
In addition, detailed reports and analysis can be generated on your fleet's fuel consumption. These reports can include information on consumption per vehicle, per driver, or per period, allowing you to monitor consumption, identify trends, and take action to improve efficiency.
Record charging events for e-vehicles
We are constantly working on incorporating additional functions into our fleet management software so that charging processes can also be displayed correctly. You can now easily see charging processes in the Fleet Management section. This requires the installation of a telematics unit or a car sharing kit. Our new function allows you to view the charging activities of your vehicles directly in fleet management. As soon as a vehicle finishes charging, our system receives the data about the charging process.
But that's not all, because this is just the start. We are currently working on additional functions such as the integration of geo-fencing (marking locations on a map) in order to be able to automatically differentiate between home charging and other charging processes in the future. Then charging company vehicles at home will no longer be a problem.
Automatic detection of incorrect mileage
The fuel card export function gives you unprecedented insight into every aspect of your fleet's activity.
This year we will be developing a new feature that will allow you to easily review all events, from fuel transactions to mileage updates, in one centralized location. One notable benefit is the ability to detect false entries such as unexpected mileage declines. It's critical to identify problems immediately, and this feature ensures you're always one step ahead of potential issues.
The system not only highlights discrepancies, but also enables you to correct them immediately. Say goodbye to manual errors and welcome efficient corrections in real time.
