Synchronize vehicle costs in the digital vehicle file

A new feature in our digital vehicle file ensures that your contract costs are always up to date. When you upload a new contract or update an existing contract, the costs will automatically adjust in your digital vehicle file.
Synchronize contracts automatically
Our system first checks if the uploaded contract is already in our database, if not or if the contract is already outdated, the costs will be updated based on the new contract. This automatic adjustment ensures that you always have the correct and current costs for your contracts.
However, it is important to note that if a contract with a more recent date already exists in our database, no changes will be made, which means that the cost will remain unchanged since a more recent contract already exists.
This new feature is another measure we are taking to ensure our customers always have complete and up-to-date information in their digital vehicle file, which we believe will result in a smoother and more efficient process for you.
