Adjusted category booking emails

Adjusted category booking emails

We have introduced a new approach to vehicle booking notifications to maintain flexibility and provide more accurate information. When a category booking is made, the initial confirmation email will only include details of the vehicle category chosen.

Closer to the booking start time, a follow-up email will be sent containing the exact vehicle details. The timing of this email can be customized through a configurable setting.

This approach enhances flexibility and ensures that you receive the precise vehicle details closer to your booking, improving the overall service efficiency.

Vehicle Groups - React Redesign

Vehicle Groups - React Redesign

We are excited to introduce a significant update to our platform concerning our car-sharing features. We are currently transitioning some of our interfaces to a modern technology called React.

The next feature in line is the vehicle groups. The transition does not only allow us to revise and enhance the design and functionality of the vehicle groups section but also brings substantial performance improvements. As with this update heavily loaded vehicle groups can now be loaded without any issues, resulting in a noticeably improved user experience.

Additionally, we have refined our authorization rules. Instead of applying an authorization rule per vehicle group, we now implement it at the access rule level. This change allows more flexible rule sets, better responding to the diverse needs of your business.

The vehicle groups feature can be accessed here for customers using the car-sharing ENTERPRISE or PUBLIC license.
